Pickled Red Onions
Slice Red Onion
Place in colander
Optional:​
- Pour boiling water over them (This takes some of the sharp taste away)
Pickling Base:​
- 2 parts apple cider vinegar
- 1 part water
- Good amount of salt
- Good amount of sugar
Flavorings:​
- A few bay leaves
- Peppercorns
- Gloves of garlic
Notes:​
- With my current Jars I use
- 16oz apple cider vinegar
- 8oz water
- 30g sugar
- 10g salt
